Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Mobia Technology Innovations. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to users, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong background in computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
