Cyber Security Specialist

The Concierge Security Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional security services to our customers. As a Concierge Security Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our customers, working closely with them to understand their security needs and develop tailored solutions to address those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their security requirements and provide expert guidance on security best practices.
- Analyze log and system data to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate those threats.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of security services to customers.
- Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of security risks and mitigation strategies.
- Diagnose and resolve customer security issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, applying that knowledge to improve our security services and protect our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in information security, network security, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, content filtering, and proxies.
- Experience with scripting tools and languages, such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and security threats.
