Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with inventory management and customer service.
