- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and providing a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and safe for customers and staff.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with inventory management and customer service.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
