We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to support our high-performing service team at Enns Brothers. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, processing, and return of turf equipment and Bombardier equipment brought in for repair, maintenance, or upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and accurately record customer information
  • Open work orders as needed and maintain control of these work orders
  • Ensure relevant information is collected and provided to service technicians
  • Arrange logistics for equipment into and out of the service department
  • Maintain communication with customers during the work and ensure a perfect delivery of the completed job
  • Proactively contact customers to solve problems before they happen
Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude, including understanding of basic mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with turf and powersports equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide above-average customer service on the phone and in person
  • Well-developed ability to shift priorities and switch tasks
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and great follow-up skills
  • Typing 30 wpm+
  • Familiarity with computerized operations and Microsoft Office programs
  • Adaptable and able to continuously learn new things and apply new information
  • Current driver's license and clean abstract
