Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Enns Brothers. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient receipt, processing, and return of turf equipment and powersports equipment brought in for repair, maintenance, or upgrade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming equipment, accurately recording customer information and opening work orders as needed.
  • Maintain control of work orders and ensure that all relevant information is collected and provided to service technicians.
  • Arrange logistics for equipment into and out of the service department, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Proactively contact customers to solve problems before they arise, ensuring a perfect delivery of completed jobs.
Requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude, including understanding of basic mechanical systems, is essential.
  • Familiarity with turf and powersports equipment is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service on the phone and in person.
  • Well-developed ability to shift priorities and switch tasks, with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Typing 30 wpm+ and familiarity with computerized operations, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new systems.
  • Adaptable and able to continuously learn new things and apply new information.
  • Current driver's license and clean abstract are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a busy service center or repair shop.
  • High school completion, post-secondary training, or technical/mechanical qualifications are assets.
  • Advanced customer management and/or sales training, as well as supervisory experience, are also assets.
