About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Birchwood Auto Group Partnership. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safe and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical system problems.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Communication: Work closely with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide clear explanations of repair options and estimates.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure that vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and education.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
