Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Sales Representative to join our Customer Market Support team at Loewen. This is a full-time, 16-month term position based out of our corporate office in Steinbach, MB.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our Dealers and Customers
  • Promote Loewen windows, doors, and accessories to our customers
  • Develop and foster relationships with Sales Support Services, internal and external customers in all areas of the business
  • Answer customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and receive, enter, and maintain customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Assist in the introduction of company news, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate important customer account information to the Sales Support team
  • Process credits and debits on Dealer accounts efficiently and accurately
  • Test and support the development of our Quoting tool
  • Be flexible to provide overtime to support the business
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Sales and/or product service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Able to multitask multiple priorities
  • Computer skills/experience (MS Word, Excel, AS400)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the building trade

  • Knowledge of Loewen systems (AS400, Quotemaster Web)
