Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Maples Physiotherapy. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of accounts receivable staff in duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports on accounts receivable activity
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment and systems
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and assign work, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work, coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- 5-10 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
