Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Maples Physiotherapy. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounts receivable function.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of accounts receivable staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on accounts receivable performance, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to accounts receivable.
- Requisition and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
