Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Maples Physiotherapy. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable process.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members in duties and policies related to accounts receivable.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate and assign work to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- 5 years or more of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
