Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeping Specialist to manage and maintain financial records for our clients at All Tax & Bookkeeping Service Inc.. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping is an asset
Work Environment

This position requires on-site customer service, providing support and assistance to clients directly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare and manage general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries accurately
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Compile trial balances of books
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
