Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at All Tax & Bookkeeping Service Inc. as a Bookkeeping Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist with tax preparation and filing, including personal and corporate tax returns.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed bookkeeping records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
