About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Perfect Care Nursing Agency Inc. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing cheques, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Spreadsheet
