About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. as a key member of our financial operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Financial Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Leadership and Collaboration: Provide financial leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
