We are seeking a qualified Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to enhance our services at Altum Health. The ideal candidate will engage with intricate and demanding cases, providing numerous clinical learning opportunities daily. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals who are passionate about our collective mission.

As a clinician at Altum, you will facilitate and guide clients through their rehabilitation journey by applying your expertise in treating concussions, traumatic brain injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain management, and mental health issues. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients and treatment teams, to help clients achieve their optimal functional capabilities and reintegrate into the workforce. Additionally, you may be required to undertake cross-functional and cross-site responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in the relevant field as mandated by the respective college
  • Valid Certificate of Registration with the appropriate College
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in treating clients with work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, or within the third-party healthcare system
  • Experience in concussion/TBI and mental health treatment is preferred
  • Skills in Functional Abilities Evaluation (FAE) and Return to Work planning are advantageous
  • WorkWell certification is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in effective written, oral, and nonverbal communication
  • Ability to conduct group education sessions and facilitate small group learning
  • Adherence to confidentiality standards
  • Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
