About the Role:

  • As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will work with clients in their homes, assessing and developing personalized therapy care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, including family members and caregivers, to develop holistic treatment goals and service plans.
  • Our hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual consultations, allows for flexibility and autonomy in your practice.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
