About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Talent and Culture at our Co-op Business Support Centre in Alberta. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy to drive business results
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive employee satisfaction
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for talent and culture initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent management and culture development in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement business plans that drive results
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
