About the Role

The Director of Talent and Culture will report to the Vice President Talent and Culture and be responsible for implementing Human Resources strategies, programs, and initiatives in our organization. This position will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure consistent alignment of Human Resources programs and practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute HR and Talent Management strategies.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management and employee relations.
  • Design and implement talent and culture strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Foster a vibrant organizational culture that upholds our values, vision, and mission.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or HR-related discipline.
  • 6+ years of Human Resources leadership experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 2+ years' HR generalist experience partnering directly with senior leadership to develop, align, and implement HR and organizational development strategies.
  • A strong understanding of talent management and organizational development.
  • The ability to drive change and innovation in workplace culture.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including managing time, multiple tasks, and accurate documentation.
