This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of managing the daily operations of one of our residential buildings.

The Resident Manager position is crucial to our organization and significantly impacts tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring cleanliness throughout the property, and maintaining effective communication with residents regarding property matters and rental transactions. The selected candidates will collaborate closely with the property manager to facilitate seamless building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  2. Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of the building.
  3. Ensure all common areas are cleaned according to a set schedule, including the lobby, elevators, mailroom, and waste disposal areas.
  4. Address residents' concerns promptly and effectively.
  5. Show available apartments to potential residents.
  6. Meet with new tenants to coordinate move-in dates and familiarize them with the property.
  7. Complete inspection reports for units being vacated or newly occupied.
  8. Handle various administrative tasks, including serving notices and collecting rent.
  9. Collaborate with contractors to perform necessary repairs with minimal disruption to residents.
  10. Participate in an on-call schedule during specified evenings and weekends.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually
