Job Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Manage the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control labor costs and food and waste costs.
  • Service Excellence: Work as a team with co-workers to achieve service times and provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand.
  • Employee Development: Coach the staff to provide excellent customer service and spend reasonable time on the floor supporting and working with employees.
  • Food Safety: Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
  • Human Resources: Hire, retain, and terminate employees.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties that involve the day-to-day operation of a fast food restaurant.
