About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Dealership Manager to join our team at 2678642 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our automotive sales and operations team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Business Development
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
    • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
    • Locate and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed financial decisions.
    • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales and operations management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
    • Experience with point-of-sale systems, electronic schedulers, and accounting software.
