Automobile Dealership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Dealership Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dealership, including sales, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership management role.
- Proven track record of sales and customer satisfaction success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
