Automobile Dealership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Dealership Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff: Supervise and motivate a team of sales, service, and parts professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the dealership's profitability.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective dealership performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dealership management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced dealership environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting.
