Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department
- Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers
- Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
- Licensing paperwork
- Additional duties as assigned
- Completion of High School
- Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Above average computer skills
- Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
