Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Partner to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technology integration programs, conducting due diligence, and developing integration budgets. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing technology risks and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of integration programs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of technology solutions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on technology and operations, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and manage integration budgets, including immediate cost impacts, transition costs, and future state spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify current state and develop recommended future state integrated solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating and resolving issues related to integration programs.
  • Ensure proper transition of closing acquisitions to the integration delivery team, with robust current state diligence complete.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in a technical or business field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • 4-12 years of experience in IT and business/industry, with 2-7 years of leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects, defining requirements, and delivering results.
  • Strong customer focus, communication, and change management skills.
  • Experience managing systems implementation projects, including budgets and resources.
  • Experience with the insurance industry is required, with technical development, delivery, and run experience a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Effective program management, with the ability to efficiently manage timelines, resources, and financials for technology integration projects.
  • Possess and apply insurance and/or financial industry experience and understanding to better engage with stakeholders and produce strong deliverables.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
  • Ability to bind business to systems architecture, making sound decisions with a customer focus and financial awareness.
  • Operations management knowledge, with the ability to understand operations and all the components needed to run a business.
