Position Overview

B&R Staffing Inc. is seeking a dedicated **Office Coordinator** to enhance our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have experience ranging from 1 to 7 months in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily office activities.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and distribute materials appropriately.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks and operations.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Establish and implement office protocols and routines.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments effectively.
  • Manage contractual agreements.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages accurately.
  • Supervise the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Facilitate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring processes, along with related staffing actions.
  • Maintain and oversee the digital database.
