About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at GTA URBAN DEVELOPMENT LTD. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Excel and MS Office to perform data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
