Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Help/Cashier. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, cook, and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Cash Handling and Operations: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Sanitation and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.
- Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food and supplies.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
- Education and Certifications: Grade 12 or equivalent, Food Safe level 1 certificate, and a clean criminal record.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical ability to perform all job-related tasks.
