Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assist customers with their shopping needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up and maintaining product displays.
- Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
- Loss Prevention: Identify high shrink items, maintain a safe work environment, and secure merchandise as per Company policies and procedures.
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience, basic math skills, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
