About the Role:

At Advance Venture Partners, we are committed to ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Client Success Strategist. This position will blend commercial leadership with a strong focus on client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advocacy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and success.
  • Establish best practices to assist clients in maximizing the use of our platform's capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to relay client feedback, address escalations, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Impact the product roadmap through direct client interactions and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or related role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting commercial objectives, ideally within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in account management and renewals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of fostering strong business relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize accounts and manage time effectively.
  • A passion for the startup culture, with a desire to contribute to the development of the customer success team.

Additional Experience:

  • Experience working with clients in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
  • Background in a SaaS company focused on CRM or data services.
