Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven experience with Enterprise clients and managing a client portfolio
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to grasp complex processes
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer relations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce
  • Experience in SaaS is advantageous
  • Bonus: Proficiency in an additional language
