Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Advance Venture Partners' Growth clients, focusing on renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Act as a Client Advocate: Develop strategies to oversee client engagement and success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting extensive product adoption and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Become a product authority: Create best practices to assist clients in maximizing the use of Advance Venture Partners' offerings.
- Collaborate closely with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to relay client feedback, address escalations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and influence the product development roadmap.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar capacity.
- Proven success in meeting commercial objectives, ideally within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Experience in account management and renewals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a history of cultivating robust business relationships.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting to both small and large groups.
- Proficient in organization, account prioritization, and time management.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure client success.
- Enthusiasm for the startup culture; eager to contribute to refining the structure and processes of the customer success team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment Banking clients.
- Background in a SaaS company within the CRM or data services sector.
