Position Overview

The Senior Client Success Strategist plays a pivotal role in nurturing and enhancing the customer relationship at The Goddard School of Las Vegas. Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing enterprise client programs, overseeing the entire account lifecycle from onboarding to successful delivery of services.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all objectives and requirements are met effectively.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery and overall customer experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and resolve any client concerns swiftly.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of our customer service methodologies to better serve our clients.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven benchmarks to support client growth and satisfaction.
  • Facilitating training sessions for clients on our products and services, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our offerings effectively.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer success role, particularly with enterprise or government clients in a B2B context.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects consistently and reliably.
  • Strong technical knowledge in SaaS applications, including capacity, utilization, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
  • A general understanding of cloud technologies and project management principles.
