Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a team atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and positive relationships. Your focus will be on driving store performance by guiding the team to meet objectives, including sales and profitability targets, recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, job responsibilities, and schedules will be vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):
- Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide leadership by balancing company policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Assist in recruiting, managing, developing, and training top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
- Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages customer engagement.
- Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Qualifications (What You Bring):
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve strong sales results.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings.
Additional Information (Why Work With Us):
Salary: $44,000 - $48,000
- A competitive benefits package (for full-time employees).
