Lovisa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of fashion retail experts at Tsawwassen Mills. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates and managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve sales targets and implement company initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fashion jewelry store
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
