About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clothing Store Manager to join our team at Jaggi Baggi Exclusive Store Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading our fashion store to success by implementing effective strategies for merchandise management, marketing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Evaluate store performance and implement improvements to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize store displays, visual merchandising, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Manage a team of sales staff and provide coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
- Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting products and negotiating with suppliers.
- Implement price and credit policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Client-focused and organized with a strong work ethic.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
