About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Sales, Mid-Market to lead our Account Executive, Mid-Market team in driving Clio's value for larger law firms. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Clio's presence in the mid-market segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product, to develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including law firm executives and Clio's leadership team.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, sales acumen, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading an inside sales team or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience closing large, complex deals with multiple stages in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
