Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees across multiple offices, both in person and virtually.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a Strong Safety Culture
The IT Support Analyst will maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers. This includes identifying and communicating workplace hazards and correcting or seeking assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Provide Excellent Customer SupportThe IT Support Analyst will create a positive customer support experience by building strong relationships with employees, understanding their problems, and providing timely resolutions or escalations.
Technical Troubleshooting and SupportThe IT Support Analyst will provide direct technical troubleshooting and support to team members across multiple offices, both in person and virtually.
Grow Technical KnowledgeThe IT Support Analyst will grow their general knowledge of current corporate, division, and facility-specific products, increasing their ability to resolve requests on first contact.
Collaborate with IT TeamsThe IT Support Analyst will work with members of the business system solutions and network and infrastructure teams within IT on issues and projects as needed.
Document Work PerformedThe IT Support Analyst will provide accurate documentation of work performed using problem management and other work management systems and tools used within the IT division.
Participate in Onboarding ProgramThe IT Support Analyst will participate as technical coordinator for the onboarding program for new hires, setting up computer/laptop, cell phone, key cards, and picture ID.
Identify Areas for ImprovementThe IT Support Analyst will identify areas for improvement to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
The IT Support Analyst must have an Associate's degree in a related field and/or 2+ years' relevant experience.
Technical SkillsThe IT Support Analyst must be familiar with Apple technologies, experience working with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, and experience with computer clean-up tools and processes.
Communication SkillsThe IT Support Analyst must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat & SharePoint.
Language SkillsThe IT Support Analyst must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.
