Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team at QS Financial Corp. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily office activities
  • Assess and enhance operational efficiency

  • Develop and manage budgets and financial resources
  • Supervise and guide other staff members
  • Organize and confirm meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries

  • Facilitate staff consultations and grievance processes
  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Draft and review correspondence, forms, and documents
  • Conduct data entry tasks
