Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
