About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Evertz as a Technical Sales Representative, where you will play a key role in assisting the sales team with system design and equipment, while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and the outside sales team with system design and equipment, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
  • Determine customer needs and provide cost-effective and innovative solutions, accompanied by detailed system drawings.
  • Collaborate with Evertz R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer expectations and requirements.
  • Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date on technical advancements and industry changes.
  • Work closely with team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Take ownership of deadlines and job requirements to ensure projects are executed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • A passion for developing new skills and knowledge in the broadcast industry.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or a strong interest in electronics, IT, or computer science.
  • Able to demonstrate leadership skills and initiative, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience working with broadcast and post-production products is an asset.
