The Opportunity

We're seeking a bright, outgoing, and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Associate. As an Auto Associate, you'll advise new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance. You'll build relationships, offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products, and achieve performance targets. With continuous learning and development opportunities, you'll maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals.

  • Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required

A Day in the Life

  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
  • Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
  • Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
  • Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
  • Administrative duties, such as answering the phone and inventory restock

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $38,400.00 to $45,000.00, impacted by factors such as skills, experience, and working location. HUB International Canada West ULC offers comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages, including extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses and commissions.
