We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Care Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them protect their most valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are processed and issued accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve sales and retention goals and targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in all our Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education and learning opportunities.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Personal Insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment, with a keen eye for detail and a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and achieve business targets.
- Industry designation, such as CIP, CAIB, CRM, or General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma, would be considered an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000.00 to $50,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
