Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Pepper Creek G-mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the gas station satisfied.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
