Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Pepper Creek G-mart. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
