Job Summary:We are in search of a visionary and motivated individual to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder. This position entails defining the strategic direction of the enterprise, assembling a high-performing leadership team, driving business expansion, and securing investment. This role represents a unique opportunity to lead an autonomous entity developed through an innovative venture studio framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide the organization and cultivate a constructive corporate culture
- Recruit a skilled team and establish collaborations with financial institutions
- Manage all facets of the organization, including product innovation, sales strategies, and financial oversight
- Lead fundraising initiatives in partnership with investors
- Collaborate closely with the board of directors
- Proven experience in a senior leadership position within the financial services sector
- Demonstrated success in developing enterprise-level SaaS solutions
- In-depth understanding of credit and lending operations
- History of successful venture capital fundraising
- Experience in debt recovery and compliance with regulations in the United States is advantageous
- Majority equity stake in the enterprise

- Access to an extensive network of industry partners and investors
