Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player skills.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of physical activity. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
