Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at KFC / Taco Bell - Masonville. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and train staff.
