Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at KFC / Taco Bell - Masonville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail required
