Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
